		Cyclone Separator : Inside Vie of Palm Oil Mill at Pedevegi , Andhra Pradesh. Machinery and equipment fabricated and installed by us for a Palm Oil Mill capacity of 1 ton/FFB/hr. expandable to 5 ton FFB/hr. at Pedavegi in Andhra Pradesh. The beneficiary was A.P.Oilseeds Growers Federation Ltd. And the Consultant was M/s. Regional Research Laboratory, Trivandrum. Managing Director of A.P. Oil Federation, Project Engineer and Technicians and Director of Regional Research Laboratory are seen in the picture. Project Profile: We had fabricated and installed almost all equipments and machinery for 1 ton FFB/hr. capacity Palm Oil Mill at Pedavegi , A.P. under the consultancy of M/s. Regional Research Laboratory, Trivandrum. Machinery like steam sterilizers, Thrashing equipment (Stripper), Digestor, Twin Screw Press, Oil Clarifiers, Vaccum dryers, Cyclone separators etc. were fabricated and installed by us.


		Rope Drum: Machining of heavy rope drum for Hydro Electric Project ordered by M/s. Kerala Electrical & Allied Engg. Co.Ltd., Mamala. We are doing heavy machining works and fabrication of M.S. Shutters, Gates ,bend, Pipe lines(Pen Stock) etc. for Hydel Projects. Fabrication works like sluide gates, stop log gates, tunnel shutters etc. are also fabricating satisfactorily as per clients requirements and drawing specifications.


		Heavy Structural works : Heavy structural works for Feed Mill at Kerala Feeds Ltd., Kallettumkara , Thrissur Dist., fabricated in 1996 on labour contract basis with party’s supply of materials.


		Pan Filter 20 tph/hr. capacity: Designed, Fabricated and installed for the mineral sand/beach sand separation Plant of M/s.V.V.Mineral and Industrial Mineral Company (100% EQU) at Tirunelveli. We are designing and supplying Pan Filters which is used to separate the beach sand to various grades of products. This equipment is widely used in mineral separation plants. This equipment is importing by Companies and we have designed the machinery with indegeneous material and specification at a comparatively low cost. Major companies in the Public Sector like Indian Rare earths Ltd., Chavara and Manavalakurichi Plants are using this equipments to separate the beach sand to different grades. The Photograph shows the overall size of equipment.

		Ball Mill: Ball Mill for paint mixing for a capacity of 2000Ltrs. Fabricated and supplied for a private paint manufacturing firm in Ettumannoor, Kottayam Dist. Required rotation is attained by using geared motor, keeping pacca dynamic balancing and eccentric free rotation.


		Slat Conveyor: Slat conveyor widely using in Palm Fruit processing mills for carrying fresh palm fruits from the dumping area to sterilizing area. This is an equipment fabricated with M.S plates and inside number of slats (wooden or steel) fixed on double chain and driven by geared motor.


		Heavy Motor Tank: Heavy Mother tank for storing molasses fabricated and erected at the site of M/s Kerala Feeds Ltd., Kallettumkara, Thrissur Dist. The tank has 16.5mtr. diameter and 12.Omtr.height with spiral ladder and top hand rail.2 Nos. of same capacity tanks were fabricated and installed by us at Kallettumkara site on labour contract basis.The order was placed by M/s. TTG Industries Ltd., Chennai, in the initial stage of Cattle Feed Plant owned by M/s. Kerala Feeds Ltd. The weight of each tank was approximately 80 tons with its structurals about 50 tons. This work was done in the year 1998.The picture shows long site view of 2 tanks under construction.


		Molasses Storage tank: Picture shows finished stage of Molasses storage tank at Kerala Feeds Ltd., Kallettumkara.


		Ginger Processing Plant at Manipur: Inside view of fresh ginger processing plant in Manipur fabricated and installed for M/s. Rishang Keishing Foundation for Management Of Tribal Areas(MATA).The Plant work was carried by us during the year 1999-2000.The plant capacity is 10 ton Fresh Ginger per day. All equipments for the project work like Stainless steel Screw Press, Distillation Stills, Contensors, Reboilers, oil clarifiers, ginger washing system etc. were fabricated and erected by us. Steam pipe lines, water lines, oil lines etc. were also installed by us. The project cost was around Rs. 60.00 lakh with piping. The order was executed under the close supervision of M/s. Regional Research Laboratory, Trivandrum,the Consultancy unit of M/s. MATA. All the steel structurals including plant building trusses, machinery supports etc. were fabricated and erected by us. The process is starting from washing of fresh ginger, grading, crushing of ginger using hammer mill, extracting oil from the crushed mash of ginger using screw press, distillation de-watering and collection of fresh ginger oil.


		Sterilizer: View of sterilizer used in Palm Fruit processing plants for sterilizing the fresh fruits bunches. The one end of the sterilizer is machine pressed dished end and other end is fully opening door with quick open mechanism. The inside length is fitted with rail to move the trolley filled with bunches.


		Structural work for Feed Mill: Picture shows structural work for feed Mill ordered by M/s. TTG Industries Ltd., Chennai for the beneficiary M/s. Kerala Feeds Ltd., Kallettumkara, is under construction. The height of the main structure is about 30 mtrs. The work was done during the year 1998.


		Cyclone with vertical column & Paddle Conveyor: This equipment was manufactured by us for a palm oil mill at Orrisa. This unit is a system consisting of cyclone, vertical separating column and paddle conveyor to separate the nuts and fibre embedded in the fibrous mixture after extracting oil. By using this equipment, nuts and fibre are separated part of the unit . This system was fabricated and installed at Pedavegi Plant of M/s. A.P. Oilseed Growers Federation Ltd.


		Vaccum Dryer: This is a stainless steel equipment containing 3 drums, one at top which has conical bottom and other two drums are at ground level connected with pipe lines. This equipment is used in palm oil processing mills and also ginger processing plants. This item was supplied and erected at a Palm Oil Mill at Pedavegi and also ginger plant at Manipur.


		Hopper: The picture shows one hopper with M.S. materials heavy in volume under construction ordered by M/s. Indian Rare Earths Ltd., Manavalakurichi. The work was carried out at our machine shop at Cochin.


		Steel Girders : Steel girders for the construction of bridges under progress. This item was fabricated by us for a construction company in Cochin for their project work of Bridges.


		Shuttering : Steel shutters (form work) for the construction of pre-cast concrete beams for bridges under construction. The work was ordered by M/s. Gea Energy System Ltd., for their project work at Cochin.


		S.S. Scrubbers : This item was ordered by M/s. Vallabhdas Kanji Ltd., Puthencruz, for their spices processing plant. The equipment was fabricated with stainless steel materials, having 3 leg supports for each unit and outlet ducts with S.S.materials.


		Structural supporting for equipments : The picture shows the structural supports fabricated and installed by us at Kerala Feeds Ltd., Kallettumkara. The height of the structural was around 30 mtrs from ground level and intermediate stages provided to install various types of equipments. This was fabricated during 1998 on labour contract basis.


		Structural supports : Structural supports for new Feed Mill of Kerala Feeds Ltd. The height of the structural beam was 32 mtrs and pre-fabricated parts are erected using cranes having long boom.


		New Feed Mill : Another view of new Feed Mill fabricated and erected by us at Kerala Feeds Ltd., Kallettumkara. This is the view of finished stage covered with top trusses and roofing.


		Structural works under construction : Structural supporting works under construction at Kerala Feeds Ltd., Kallettumkara, a direct order by the party on labour contract basis.
